Fight with CORONA Virus


COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by coronavirus.  The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, exhales , or touches an infected surface. The symptoms can range from common cold , fever to severe respiratory disease or metabolic disease. researchers quote that Most people who fall sick with COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment. so it becomes important for us to know what should be the basic exercise protocol we can follow on a daily basis in order to keep ourselves healthy. and what we include in our diet to boost our immune system.  
As we all are stuck at home and having a minimum social interaction , it is the best time to learn something new and creative every day and intensify our hidden talents in a process of making ourselves better. Eating healthy and drinking plenty of water is the need of the hour. We all should collectively follow the preventive measures, so that we all can make India fight against  this covid-19 battle.
