The seven states in the Northeast, with 8% of India’s landsize and 3.6% of the total population, not only has a mere 100 confirmed cases of the coronavirus but the rate of local transmission is extremely low, prompting health authorities in the region to believe that perhaps its people are more immune.

North-East – have shown the way in keeping Covid-19 at bay by reducing its impact to the minimum, through rigorous social distancing practiced by the people and a high cure rate of infected patients shows a detailed assessment done by the Centre.

Lets learn and practice social  distancing and emotional proximity like North East Indian states did.
